What do we do when we go outside? Most of us would just grab some quick lunch from those street vendors.

Can you think of someone who has enough time for planning healthy meals, and yoga lessons? The only one that I could think of is those who work in the health field.

Some people are lucky enough to work in this kind of jobs so it is easier for them to have a healthy lifestyle. Even though, you aren’t lucky enough to have a job like that. It doesn’t mean that you should forget about healthy living. We just need to make some adjustment on our part. This adjustment will make the big difference on how we can live healthily.

Here, are some tricks to follow to live healthily:

1. Stop skipping Breakfast

Most of us ted to skip meals because they need to be on time with their job. Little do they realize that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it gives us the energy to perform our jobs.

Aside from what I have shared, it balances the energy levels and restrains our noontime hunger pangs – thus preventing weight gain.

Some people think that it only gives us the fiber that we need, but in reality, it is more than that. It supplies the body with folic acid and vitamin B12, as well.

2. Eat Steam Vegetables

Steamed vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower etc. are better than roasting them because it optimizes the amount of cancer-fighting protective chemicals.

To get the most benefit from this cancer – fighting vegetables, we should consume at least half a cup of steamed or fresh greens daily.

3. Get a Little Sun

Often we think of tanned people are the only ones that should get some sun. But, in reality, ordinary people should also get themselves a little sunlight as it is beneficial for us.

Sunlight is essential for the body to produce vitamin D, which lowers the chances of acquiring:

1) inflammatory bowel disease and other digestive illnesses

2) Crohn’s disease

3) osteoporosis

4) and helps to keep your blood pressure in check

Just remember to harness the sun rays early in the morning or after 3 pm in the afternoon so that you can’t get sunburned.
