By now, pretty sure, that you have read a lot of information on how you could be fit.   There are more than millions of site out there teaching us to live a fit lifestyle. Many of them tell us that we can see the results in as little as 7 days, 2 weeks, 7 weeks, or more. Some of you might not lose weight within 7 weeks, but there are some, who would succeed in such a short amount of time. It all depends on how you act upon it. Then again, 7 weeks isn’t that short if you are going to think about it.

You can’t see results in a matter of days in a fitness program. You would need around 7 weeks if you want to see some results.

A lot of personal trainer would say that seven week is the best way to lose weight since it won’t be a crash diet. And since it is not a crash diet then you would lose the weight gradually and it would be easier than if you lose it faster.

Here are some reasons why you need seven weeks to see results:

  • Research has proven that a healthy habit is what makes a weight loss program works. It is said that no one could achieve their goal in just one day as they need to work on it. This is where the seven weeks program comes in, as you need enough time to see results. If you have a healthy lifestyle then you need to have a habit first. Experts claim that 21 times of doing an exercise is enough for us to see results.
  • Our mind and body need time before it can be conditioned. Good examples are those preparing for marathon as they would need around seven weeks to prepare for the tournament. In those seven weeks of training, the athlete can prepare since seven weeks is enough for different routines and exercises. Not only, they are preparing for the event physically, but in the seven weeks that they are trying to condition themselves also gives them enough time to prepare their for the actual marathon.
  • Studies have proven that we need 7 to 14 days to be able to adjust a new fitness regimen. Now, if you have adjusted to the new fitness regimen then you would have around 5 to 6 weeks to be able to see the results that you want.   Remember that you need consistency if you want to see some results.
