Want to do Fitness Training, but don’t have the Time, then start with Push ups!
|Push ups are so simple, yet effectual routine. Most people overlooked them as they are easy to do. They can be easily done anywhere, works a lot of the muscle groups and can be incorporated into any schedule. But the most important fact, of all is that it can give you the benefit of a healthy body when done right!
Normally, we join a fitness club or enroll for gym memberships whenever we a new commitment to fitness. We overlook some of the basic, yet effective exercises like squats, chin ups, crunches, and push ups. But these exercises can also give you the workout you need without paying for gym memberships.
I don’t know about you, but I had spent lot money on exercise equipments before, but I’m having a hard time sticking with it! It’s so hard to admit, but yeah, sometimes I feel lazy going to the gym!
So if, I were you, I’ll just opt for bodyweight exercises. You can try it for one month! Do some push ups until you can’t do it any longer! Now, you don’t have any excuses for exercising. After a month add another bodyweight exercise to your fitness program.
Push ups are one of the best form of exercises since it works out all the major pressing muscles (chest, shoulders, and triceps). Other body part that will benefit from push up are abdominals and glutes. Recently, there are people who are doing planking almost everywhere. A plank is where the person hold the top position of a push up until he can. Holding the core straight in these positions oblige your abdominals and glutes to engage in unbending position. Although, they don’t work your whole body, they do keep your physique in good shape!
For the second month, you can add lunges to your exercise routine. One set for each leg. You can create your workout routine according to your desire.
If you can keep on your exercise routine, then you’re on your way to a healthier, stronger, and leaner you. You don’t have to do a lot if you want to be healthy. You can do it by starting from one exercise and adding another each month. I used to do this when I was in college, and it works for me back then. But now, that I’m older, I need some motivation so I hang a lot on gyms.
Again, you don’t need to go to the gym to get fit. I just go to the gym because it works for me, but if you can keep yourself motivated then you can do exercises at home. All you need is the desire to be one and you’re on your way to having a healthy lifestyle!
