In a study, in the US, researchers had proven that an adequate supply of vitamin B6 can help neurotransmitters fully well. Neurotransmitters can be classified into dopamine, serotonin and tryptophan, and all of them can prevent you from eating too much sweet food and eating at any time.

Some food that contain vitamin B6 are spinach, bell peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus, turnip greens, celery, kale, garlic, tuna and banana.
