Get Enough Sleep – Not getting enough sleep affects how the body used to work. Most of the time, people who suffers from insomnia gains weight because the body cannot function normally.

Exercise – The body designed to move, so you need to exercise or get a sports hobby. Exercise helps the heart to have a better blood circulation. Having enough supply of blood helps the body to become healthy as the body has a steady supply of oxygen, which is delivered by the blood.
