Eat a well-balanced food high in proteins, vitamins and minerals, should be done on a regular basis. You can eat some of your favorite food like ice cream, cake or whatever junk food yu like, but you need to eat it only once a week. Many people complain of how there is too much food temptation around them, yet they forget that they could eat anything that they want in a small amount. You do not need an excuse as you can make baby steps towards a healthy lifestyle.
Renew your mind daily.
Do not watch and listen to anything that will instill a negative emotion on you like stress, fear, and all that is failing, you do not need that in your life. Instead you should watch and listen to anything that will fill you with positive, uplifting, words, thoughts, and pictures so you can have something positive to think of and turn it into your reality.
Guard your heart.
Guard your heart as it controls your emotion. Protect it from anyone that might harm it because your emotion affects how you interact with other people. First thing that needs to be done is to decide how you want your life to be. From then on, you can work towards achieving that goal. Fill your mind with happy thoughts and memory; be sure to talk more about them so those who want to bring you down will not have a chance to do so.
