Most health professionals would told you to stay away from eating carbs since it would be bad for you. Actually most experts would even call it as the culprit or the reason why you have gotten fat. But fitness blogger and Instagram star says that eating carbs is one of the secrets to her incredible physique.
says that her secret to a fit body is munching slow-release carb like wholegrain bread, quinoa, and oats helped her to work out more effectively and build muscle. Watching what you eat is not that important if you are into exercise. She have her body to prove it since she’s currently the heaviest she’s ever been.
In an interview with Daily Mail, she says “I was always scared to eat carbs so I left them out until the weekend and usually have a cheat day on Sunday and binged on a lot of bad foods.
The star noted that she attributes her transformation to her workout routine, but her nutrition also help in her new physique.
She said: “Regardless of how hard you train – and especially as a woman – you can’t out train a bad diet.
“The changes I have made are introducing more slow digesting carbs like oats, quinoa and wholegrain bread.
“I feel unstoppable when I am in the gym leg pressing 270kg because I know how amazing it is for my body to be doing such a strong weight and how determined I am to lift such an amount especially as a petite woman,” she added.
Most men at the gym would get surprised to know that she could lift more weights with a light frame.
According to NDTV, the myth about eating carb is not true, they noted that the biggest myth surrounding weight loss is that carbohydrates make you fat and you should give up on them totally. You may have been often advised to cut down on your carb intake, but avoiding them completely is definitely not required.
