One of the most common weight loss myths is that you should not eat at all. That is the reason why there are several fat blocking tablets out in the market today. However, you should know that while there are bad fats that we should eliminate from our diet, there are also good fats that we should incorporate in our diet.

It is right to say that we should limit the food we eat, but not to the point that you are going to starve yourself. By far, starving is not the solution to your problem. It will just makes thing worst because you will be hungrier than you’ll ever be and you tend to eat more than what you normally consume.

Many liquors and bottling companies make money from selling light product and people love it since they can enjoy the product, yet still be sexy and hot at the same time. While those products have less sugar in it, they still contribute to weight gain if you are going to consume lots of it.

Exercise Myths

Cardio is enough for those people who haven’t done any exercise for a long time, but if you want to get rid of those flabs then you need to mix cardio with strength training. A combination of both type helps the body get rid of fat faster.

Exercise programs doesn’t mean that you should go to the gym and work your butts out. There are several exercises that you can do at the comfort of your home. You just need to know them and practice them on a regular basis.
