For most employees, they work from 8am until 5 pm so they can schedule their workout after they got home. If you don’t feel comfortable with the suggested time they it is up to you. You can choose the time when you would be most productive.
Next on your list should be the list of exercise. The type of exercise matters since it would help you determine what exercise best fit for you. If you are just starting out, it is best to start with a light exercise like jogging and sit-ups. As you notice progress, you can do advanced exercises such as weight training. If you don’t have the equipment to use, then you can use the items available on the house. You can do some research online or learn from exercise videos. It is really up to you. From the moment that your plan is made up then you should get yourself started right away.
